1.      The Kelvin Hughes collection comprises a very large manual for the Nucleus-3 series in which the various Mk-IV to Mk-VII scanners used in many guises by the company are described, a brochure describing the SharpEye radar and a separate report prepared by EMForensics, describing the observed behaviors of the SharpEye. This latter document is the copyright of EMForensics, and access is restricted to subscribers.

2.      You may download any of the Kelvin Hughes-copyright documents to your own storage system. When doing so, please bear in mind that their presence on a 'local' system does NOT absolve you from the obligation to observe the copyright laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. 

3.      You may not download and store the EMForensics-copyright characterization report without the prior written approval of EMForensics. 

4.       Please be respectful of other users, and of our bandwidth limitations: we must pay for additional bandwidth, or restrict the service to others. Of course, if you wish to have the repository on a DVD, you need only to ask us for a copy.
