Note that the Type Approval certificates are public documents and not the copyright property of Sperry Marine.

2. You may download any of these documents to your own storage system. When doing so, please bear in mind that their presence on a 'local' system does NOT absolve you from the obligation to observe the copyright laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

3. You may not download and store any EMForensics-copyright characterization report without prior written approval from EMForensics.

4. Please be respectful of other users, and of our bandwidth limitations: we must pay for additional bandwidth, or restrict the service to others. Of course, if you wish to have the repository on a DVD, you need only to ask us for a copy.
